Access is restricted to authorized users and requires an ID and Password. Registration of users is rigorous with confirmation of identification through email prior to account access being granted. Users are only permitted to access data related to their own clients.

Data Security
All data are stored in a secure Filemaker Pro™ server database. Access to these data is strictly controlled, offering state-of-the-art security. Rating scales are scored off-line by a secure scoring server, with the test results then returned only to the Authorized User ordering the test.

Personal Data and Electronic Commerce
We protect your personal and clinical data with the highest levels of security. Our servers use industry-standard 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, an advanced encryption technology that works with 99.3% of current internet browsers. SSL encrypts all of your personal information and rating scale answers and scores so that it cannot be intercepted as the information travels over the Internet between your browser and our site. We believe that this method of rating scale completion is likely more secure than the traditional methods when the realities of unreturned rating scales, widely distributed (and reverse-engineerable) computer diskettes, and "lost" mailings are considered. Authorized users, and rating scale clients can be assured that the secure and confidential management of sensitive data is of utmost concern to us.
